How to choose a size: Our Gi & Hakama sizes are mainly based on height, refer to the "Height" column on our size chart to choose accordingly. However, if your waist size is 38 inches and above, or have very wide shoulder we recommend to size up.

Note: If you require embroidery service, please fill out the embroidery details accordingly. Please allow 3-4 business days for embroidery service.

How shipping costs are calculated

Shipping is based on the weight of your order, with a minimum charge for the first 0.5 kg and additional weight charged in 0.1 kg increments. These are the courier charges we pay; we do not make a profit on shipping. Heavier orders are generally more economical to ship.

For extra-heavy orders outside North America, such as dojo group purchases or orders containing more than four Bogu sets, contact us before purchasing so we can calculate the most economical shipping method.

International orders

Customs & Import Duties

You may be subject to import duties and taxes when your package reaches your country. Additional customs-clearance charges are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs policies vary by country. Contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from Bogushop.com, you are the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country receiving the goods.

U.S. Customers — We Cover the Tariffs & Duties!

Returns & Exchanges

We make every effort to ensure you have a great experience. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

Email customercare@bogushop.com to begin a return or exchange.

Condition requirements for both returns and exchanges

Products must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
The white strings holding Hakama pleats and the strings holding Tare flaps must remain intact.
Merchandise must be free of lint, pet hair and any marks.

Returning your purchase

Refund policy

Gift Cards, sale items and items purchased with shop credits are final sale.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We refund your purchase amount, less any shipping costs, to your original payment method.
If we sent an incorrect or defective item, we cover the shipping cost. Please provide photos as supporting documentation.

Exchanging your purchase

Exchange policy

If we sent the incorrect size or item, we cover shipping and re-shipping fees.
Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping costs.

Non-refundable / non-exchangeable items

Products with damage that is not a defect.
All shipping fees, subject to the incorrect-item and defective-item provisions above.
