Orders & Payment

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and authorized. BoguShop reserves the right to contact you if additional information is required to process or verify an order.

If a payment cannot be authorized, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled until an alternative payment method is arranged.

Product Availability & Backorders

We do our best to keep product availability on our website accurate. Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you with available options.

Backordered items will normally be shipped when they become available unless other arrangements have been made with you.

Shipping

Shipping times shown or provided by BoguShop are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather and other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other government-imposed fees depending on the destination and shipping method.

Where BoguShop offers a shipping service that includes applicable import charges or duties, this will be indicated as part of the shipping arrangement. Otherwise, any charges assessed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact BoguShop within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us before returning merchandise so that we can provide return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs, packaging information or other details to help us assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, BoguShop may arrange a replacement, repair, refund, store credit or another appropriate solution.

Please do not arrange return shipping for a damaged or incorrect item without contacting us first. Shipping expenses arranged independently without prior authorization may not be reimbursed.

Product Warranty

30-Day Warranty

BoguShop products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us with your order information and a description of the problem. Photographs may be requested to help us evaluate the issue.

What Is Covered

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Warranty Resolution

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
