Excellent bogu
I have the set for almost 5 months, and its quality is excellent for its price.
Although the himo that come with the bogu is not that great, but it's a minor issue.

Great bogu
Great set. This is my first bogu set and I'm very pleased with it so far.
I've been using it since June. The men is lightweight, but offers good protection. Do is pretty standard. Nothing fancy, but solid. Same for the tare.
The kote are good for a first set. A little bit rigid at first, but now they feel comfortable. This is normal for a new pair of kote. Way better than the kote that I borrowed. Now I feel that my hands are safe!
Ivan gave me all the answers that I needed to get a perfectly adjusted bogu. Good service. Fast answers. Thank you Ivan.

A must-have
Useful to dry your set. I like the overall esthetic effect. A must-have.
Tip: I inverted the V-shaped part that supports the men-buton (now it's a "V"). It keeps the men-buton straight between practices.

Quality Bogu Set
After viewing various websites, I chose this bogu set as my fist bogu at the Bogushop. In the beginning, I just thought the price is very beautiful compared to other bogus at the same/similar level.
However, when I received the package and used them for , I found this product is much quality than I expected. Besides, I would list some of my reviews to the product and my shopping experience here.
1. Quality of the product. Men, Kote, and Do are very comfortable/flexible after few times use(probably because this product is customized?)and they are the same as they describe on the website (even better than you expected somehow). As the first time buyer, it is very helpful when himos and tenugui are included.
2. Timing of shipping. The shipping is very fast. If not,when you inquire, the customer service is always patient and honest to let you know the current status of production (they do not give you a vague response).
3. A good communication. When you have some doubts about your products, such as size, the customer service gives you a good advice based on their rich experiences as much as possible (not always ask you choose the most expensive one).
Overall, I had a good experience for this bogu set and their service this time. I would definitely come back and recommend others to experience their sincere service that can help you can find the best fit product(s) for your needs.

Great Product! Sizing Chart is spot on!
As this is my first Keikogi and Hakama I've ever bought, I was nervous about how it would fit and let me say it was spot on! Had my Sensei check it out and it sleeve length and hakama length was perfect! Quality is really good and it feels awesome! Thank you Bogushop!

Great Bokken!
I love this bokken, its a little heavy but I love that feature. Its a has a very nice finish. The tsuba will require some sanding in the inner circumference to make it fit but once it's on it's a perfect fit!

Quality Product
It has been 1 month since I received my men. I have throughly enjoyed jigeiko with it. I have taken hits from seniors to beginners without any problems. The craftsmanship is well made and is really beautiful. Even with 3 hours of practices, I don't fill a lot of soreness from wearing the men. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Lastly, I wanted to add that the customer service is great at Bogu Shop. Ivan really took great care of me to ensure that I was happy with the purchase. I received prompt notification that my purchase was being processed via email and in two weeks I received my men! Many thanks Ivan!!

Good value
My first beginners keikogi had been all used up so I bought this with the intention to get a proper, long lasting keikogi. I have now used this for ten or so practice occasions and it is by far superior than my old one. However, with that said, a few threads have already come loose in the gi. And some stitching in the hakama looks like the machine snapped/ran out of the thread a few times, so it is double threaded/small knots here and there with loose threads as a result.
Not really an issue considering the price. Size was perfect and the feel is wonderful. The label on the hakama says #11000 not #10000 - I wouldn't know the difference but it's great either way. Shipping was a bit slow - almost three weeks from date of purchase until my order was marked shipped.

An excellent product
This hakama is lightweight, the straps are the right length and it has a plastic "spoon" at the back. It compares favourably with my other hakama, also in regard to the price.

Great Value
I bought this bogu set about 6 weeks ago, and I have been really impressed with it. I shopped around before buying, and comparable sets were almost twice the price.
My only complaint would be that the sizing options are a limited to stock sizes so if your measurments are a little off from standard you may not get a perfect fit. In my case I have large hands so even the largest Kote size was a little narrow for me. After a few weeks though they've broken in well and I can wear them comfortably.
Bottom line is that dollar for dollar you won't find better value. I especially recommened this set for beginers buying their first bogu set. It's a good bogu set for a great price.

Great set, pictures don't do it justice
Yet again, Bogushop (and Ivan) go above and beyond expectations.
I emailed Ivan with my measurements, as I wasn't sure of my sizing. He wrote back within a day, and recommended an alternate size than I had planned to purchase.
I'm glad I trusted him!! The new bogu fits like a charm, and my first practice with it was a success.
This Bogu set also has far nicer trim than is seen in the pictures. Looks just like the more expensive sets my Senpai wears!

Great set and customer service
I ordered this set with the free 3mm upgrade and everything arrived on time in great shape. The quality is good and fits perfectly. I also greatly appreciate the staff contacting me and double checking the size of a few items before shipping them. Had they not done that I'd have had to exchange a few items.

Cons: disappointed that the himo for the Do and Men is not included in this set. A very inexpensive part. It's like selling a pair of shoes but not the laces to tie them up. While I agree the himo should be bought separately for individual pieces; I feel it should be included when purchasing a whole set, or emphasise that the himo must be bought separate. Now I must order himo for which shipping will not be covered as it was with my original order.
