Very positive experience overall. Good communication, fast shipping to the US and no surprise tariff charges on delivery. More importantly, the Shinmei is a really nice bogu set. Lightweight, comfortable and well made. I would definitely order from BoguShop again.
I just bought this Do for myself and I'm very happy with my purchase. The sizing guides were accurate and it fits great. I had some anxiety about ordering online for the fit because I'm a really tall guy but everything was perfect. Nice flexibility to this Do. I really like the clean simplicity of it. Very elegant and traditional. Love Bogu Shop and supporting a Canadian company. Thanks again guys.
I am disappointed that this cover does NOT have the holes at the lower right and left corners for the lower himo of the Do to go through.
So, you cannot use this cover when you are wearing the Do???? I am a bit confused.
I am 6'5" and about 255lbs. I ordered size 30 and they seem to fit awesome. Good length and I can tie long himo around the back, which is something I have had issues with on other sets of hakama.
Good price. Good Fit.
Great plastic saya for my iaido practice, and at a very great price too.
Great quality kaku obi from Japan at a very affordable price compared to several other sites I've looked at. The shipping was quick too. Overall satisfied.
It looks great! I matched the set to my sizes as much/close as possible. Hopefully, no adjustment needed.
VERY prompt shipping. Great support. Great price!
Order #11552.
Thank you so much BoguShop team!
The fabric quality is good and the design is beautiful but the sides weren't stitched and after one use it is already coming apart, will probably have to replace it somewhat soon.
I just got a new set of Kote and they fit me perfectly. I love the product quality and its design. I am looking forward to using them on my next practice and onward! Thanks for the amazing product!
Fits all my gear with no problem, and the backpack straps make it way easier to carry. Solid build, too!
I got this to try it out and it works very well. Much better than I thought. The oval left / bottom gives more accuracy while the round right / top (it's pretty hefty) gives good punch. The overall grip is a couple of inches longer than normal which helps leverage.
