Each Fukuro Shinai is constructed from a singular, carefully selected piece of bamboo, expertly split multiple times from the tip to enhance flexibility and create a more forgiving striking surface. To further augment its durability and protect practitioners during intense training sessions, the Fukuro Shinai is encased in a layer of superior-grade leather. This not only enhances its longevity but also provides a more authentic feel.
