Bogushop works with different courier companies to bring you the best service within North America and across the globe. We get discounts from FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS and Canada Post to keep your cost down.

In stock items that do not require customization will be processed within 3 business days. All in stock items are delivered via courier and will arrive to destination address within 8-10 business days.  ***Please allow extra delivery time due to COVID***

Custom orders such as Keikogi/Hakama re-sizing and embroidery please allow 7-10 business days for production and 8-10 business days for delivery.

Custom Bogu sets/parts and Zekkens please allow 20-25 business days for production and 10-12 business days for delivery.

Shipping is calcualted based on the weight of goods shipped. The calculation method is that there is a minimum charge for the initial 0.5KG and any weight subsequent is charged to the increment of 0.1KG. This is what the courier company charges us, WE DO NOT make any profit from shipping cost. The heavier the order is, the more economical it is for you. For extra heavy order outside of North America (for example, Dojo/club group buy or sets that contain more than 4 Bogu sets), you can contact us prior to making purchase so we can calculate the most economical method of shipping for you.

Custom / Import Duty Information:

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Bogushop.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Return and Exchange

At Bogushop we will make every effort to ensure you have a great experience.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange within 30 days upon receiving your order.  Please email us at customercare@bogushop.com to proceed.

Refund Policy:

· Products are in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

· White string on the Hakama that holds the pleats are still intact, strings on the tare that holds the flaps are still intact.

· Free of filaments (no lint, pet hair,  or any marks on merchandise ).

· Final sale on all Gift Cards, sales items, and items purchased with shop credits.

· Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.  We will refund your purchase amount less any shipping costs to your original payment method .

· In the event where we have sent you the incorrect item or defective items, the shipping cost is on us.

· For incorrect or defective items please provide photos as supporting documents

Exchange Policy:

· Products are in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Non-refundable/ Non-exchangeable Items:

· All custom items such as: customized Bogu, Zekken, Hakama with strap extension, Embroidered items

· Damages to products that are not defects

· All shipping fees
