Shipping Information:
Bogushop
offers a single courier option for delivery within the North
America plus international shipping across the globe. We get discounts
from EMS, UPS and Canada Post to keep your cost down.
In stock items
(everything except Bogu Sets and Bogu parts, they are all made on
demand) will be processed within 3 business days. All in stock items
are delivered via courier and will arrive to
desination address within 5-7 business days. Bogu sets/parts are
delivered via courier to your door 5 -7 business days after production is completed.
Please allow for 15 -20 business days for all Bogu sets to be assembled
and prepared.
If your order contains both Bogu sets/parts and
other in stock items, we can ship out the order seperately (in stock
items to be shipped first so you can get them earlier and Bogu set/
Bogu parts shipped when they are ready), please specify "In Stock items
shipped first" during the checkout process in the "Additional
Information box." If it is not specified then we will ship the entire
order when the Bogu sets/parts are ready.
Shipping is calcualted
based on the weight of goods shipped and the initial 0.5kg is
considered to be the most expensive so the heavier the order is, the
more economical it is for you. We do not make any money from shipping.
Custom Information:
You may be
subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary
widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs
office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from
Bogushop.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving
the goods.
